I have been interested in health and well-being for a long time. I was a competitive runner for most of my life, and competed at the National level. I have had my share of injuries, and treatments. For me, studying the Alexander technique helped me address my injuries as a whole instead of just treating each issue individually. Now, I run for pleasure, enjoy horseback riding and swimming.
